Health Bill: Further to consider the Bill

Parliamentary debate

This is a continuation of committee-stage scrutiny of the Health Bill. MPs will examine further clauses and amendments to the Bill in general committee, allowing detailed line-by-line consideration of the Government's proposals for health policy and NHS structures.

The Health Bill will reshape how healthcare is organised and funded across England. The outcome affects every patient, NHS worker, and taxpayer; it also determines powers delegated to local health bodies and the degree of central government control over the NHS.
