From the start of withdrawal in 2010 to date, it has cost approximately £2.15 billion to remove the British Army footprint from Germany.

The number of Ministry of Defence (MOD) Personnel, by location, as at 1 July 2024 can be found below. The RAF undertakes regular flights to the Middle East region as part of our routine engagement and to support regional partners. For operational security considerations I will not comment further.
