A marginal seat — won by just 152 votes (0.3%) in 2024. Covers Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea. Population 120,351, notably young (median age 34 vs 41 nationally), highly educated (61% degree-holders). Recorded crime is 64% above the national average. Median income £43K (above average), 8,480 businesses.

Chelsea and Fulham's MP made a clear break from his party on assisted dying in June 2025, voting against the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill at Third Reading -- one of five rebel votes on that legislation alone. Coleman voted against the Bill's final passage and against amendments that would have prevented voluntary self-starvation from qualifying someone as terminally ill, while supporting a procedural amendment to allow doctor substitution during assessments. These five deviations in a single day make assisted dying the most visible fault line between Coleman and Labour's parliamentary majority.

Beyond that episode, Coleman votes with Labour 96.8% of the time -- a 71% participation rate that sits somewhat below the Commons average. His stance profile shows strong alignment with progressive taxation and workers' rights, but notably low alignment with pro-business positions (15%), parliamentary scrutiny (19%) and Lords scrutiny (0%) -- the last reflecting consistent support for the government's position when overturning Lords amendments. His speeches cluster heavily around health, social care, the local economy, and local government, which maps directly onto his seat on the Health and Social Care Committee.
