I suppose the difference is that if you have a BBC licence, you can watch “Peaky Blinders” as part of that. But if the film is being shown on Netflix, you have to be a subscriber to Netflix.

It should not have been so easy for somebody with a weapons obsession to amass an arsenal of knives. What is the Minister doing to reduce the availability of dangerous knives
