Communities and Local Government, with reference to Chapter 12, Paragraph 7, of her Department's consultation entitled Proposed reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework and other changes to the planning system, updated on 24 September 2024, what her planned timetable is for making that funding available to councils; and if she will meet any additional costs.

Subject to the outcome of the consultation in question, further details on funding to enable eligible local authorities to progress their plans to examination quickly will be provided in due course.

Communities and Local Government, what her planned timetable is for publishing the revised National Planning Policy Framework.

The Government intends to respond to the consultation and publish revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework before the end of the year.
