Transport (including Topical Questions)
MPs question a government minister
This is a scheduled oral questions session on Transport matters in the House of Commons. MPs will pose questions to the Transport Secretary or relevant ministers about current issues, policy, and departmental performance. Topical questions allow MPs to raise urgent, newsworthy transport issues that have emerged recently.
Transport is critical to the UK economy, public mobility, and connectivity. Oral questions hold the government accountable on issues affecting passengers, businesses, and communities—such as rail services, road maintenance, bus funding, aviation, and freight. This session enables scrutiny of transport policy implementation and allows MPs to raise constituent concerns.
