Picking up on what you are saying, what are the key things that Government should do to encourage more private capital?

Picking up what you have said there, Mr Carter, and what you said in your opening comments, Ms Hammond, was that there are Government schemes, there are third-sector charity schemes, and there is private capital. Government schemes and the charities tend at the moment to be the biggest part of nature recovery schemes.
