Rt Hon Heidi Alexander MP, Secretary of State for Transport, informs the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee that the Department for Transport will publish four finalised Common Frameworks covering Rail Technical Standards, Commercial Transport Operator Licensing, Driver Licensing, and Motor Insurance.
